Preparation
Just peel off the skin of ice apples and wash it well. Put it in a mixie and grind it to puree.
Feed to babies as such or topped with coconut milk..
Tips/Tricks
- This hardens over time. So, serve immediately
- While peeling the skin, be softer else you might press out the liquid.
- For kids(3+ years) who hesitate to eat either jelly or puree, add some padhaneer to puree and give it as a juice.
