Do’s
- Start eating healthy before 3 months of baby planning. Try to be a teetotaler too 😉
- Go for a daily walk. Treat your eyes with greenery and your lungs with fresh air !
- Keep yourself hydrated
- Pause your OTs and try to go home early
- Take ample rest
- Have a good rapport with your wife

Dont’s
- Avoid Laptops on the lap to avoid radiation and heat. Reserve ur lap for the little one 🙂
- Avoid smoking and alcohol intake for at least 3 months before baby planning
