  • Start eating healthy before 3 months of baby planning. Try to be a teetotaler too 😉
  • Go for a daily walk. Treat your eyes with greenery and your lungs with fresh air !
  • Keep yourself hydrated
  • Pause your OTs and try to go home early
  • Take ample rest
  • Have a good rapport with your wife
  • Eat more varieties. Check out the nutrition for dads-to-be


  • Avoid Laptops on the lap to avoid radiation and heat. Reserve ur lap for the little one 🙂
  • Avoid smoking and alcohol intake for at least 3 months before baby planning
  • Do not indulge in sleep-deprived chores
  • Avoid junk foods. Check out the foods to be avoided for dads-to-be
