I have observed that keralites are more health conscious and they do complement their health via their food dailies. They eat natural nutrition-packed food like brown rice, more varieties of fish, Nendhran banana, fresh coconut, peanuts, this cumin water & the list expands !

Cumin seeds are trusted for milk production in feeding moms. This drink aids digestion and helps relieveĀ bloating and gas. This drink is combined with Fenugreek drink for pregnant ladies and lactating moms. I had both Jeera and Fenugreek water from my 8th month of pregnancy till Nilaa turned 2 years.
